Breakfast!
Today marks the start of the PTI monthly Nutrition Tips!!! I will be posting nutrition tips, facts, recipes, info and more each month for you all to enjoy! Let's start with something short and sweet! Here's my first tip: Always, always, always eat BREAKFAST!!!! You will break the fast your body is in from sleeping and jump-start your metabolism. If you do this, your body will burn more calories throughout the day! If you are working out first thing in the morning, make sure you eat SOMETHING! Try a piece of fruit with peanut butter or a yogurt. I know some of your work out real early, but your body needs something to use as energy during your workout!
